Adding ZTSP transactions to PMD SAP

When a request comes into ZenDesk to add the ZTSP transaction for a user in the PMD system, the three main ones needed are as follows:

ZTSP_REQUEST_WB
ZTSP_FIND_MODI
ZTSP_FIND_REQUEST

InfoServe are the only ones that are able to add these transactions to a users role. These transactions do carry different levels of authority/permissions and Infoserve will need additional information. 

Additional information, besides Name and i/e Number, is their job title and the persons name and i/e number that the ZTSP authority/permissions should be mirroring. 

Example:

Kristy Flowers Inside Sales manager/Midwest would need authority/permissions mirrored from Mark Schwankamp Inside Sales Manager/Southeast.
