Create SHIP-TO Account
Check Salesforce to see if the account name/address already exists
Check UPS, D&B, maps to see if address is valid
XD01 - Account group = 0046; Sales Organization = 4600; Distribution Channel = 01; Division = 00
Click green check mark
Search Term = _ _ _ _ _ _ which are the 1st 3 of acct name and 1st 3 of city
Use UPS check from step 2 to enter the extended postal code (Puerto Rico - Country = "PR" and State = <blank>)
Transportation Zone = 0000000011

Check Global Trade Sanctions - ZZ_DEBMAS_DIRR3 - use new acct # created above (Notify Andrew Luce if fails)

XD02 - Use main SOLD-TO acct # - Click the green check mark

Check Salesforce with ZIP code to see if the account already exists (Customer Account Search KAJ)
Filter ZIP code to look for already existing account. Have requester use that one if found.
Filter Business Account Name to look for Group key/Grp Contract Number.
If found: Enter Group key but create Task for Contract to SC US Contract Management - "New site, customer #, please tie to contract #" or ask for direction if unclear
Verify the address with UPS checker (Puerto Rico - Country = "PR" and State = <blank>)
Verify account is a legal entity in Secretary of State site
Select GOTO SAP button (kick off the downloaded script to load some Salesforce fields into SAP)
Search Term = _ _ _ _ _ _ which are the 1st 3 of acct name and 1st 3 of city
*If residential address, Name1 = person's name -- Name 2 = business name -- Title = Mr. or Ms.
Delete Time Zone & Tax Jurisdiction, then hit ENTER to repopulate them

If Group Key found, enter it by XD02. If Group Contract # found, create a Task under the new acct assigned to Kimberly Jackson to assign the contract #.
Block Account
First check for any open orders
XD02 - General Data > Add "ZZZ_" prefix and note the correct acct # in Name line 2
Extras > Blocking Data
Check-Mark: Posting Block - All Company Codes & Block Sales Support - All Sales Areas (except for ZCOL_)
ZZZ: "All Sales Areas" in: Order Block = 01, Delivery Block = 06, Billing Block = 21
ZCOL: "All Sales Areas" in: Order Block = 13, Delivery Block = 13, Billing Block = 21
ZBAN: "All Sales Areas" in: Order Block = 15, Delivery Block = 15, Billing Block = 21

Unblock Contacts
XD02 - General Data > Contact Person > click All Contact Persons button > double-click person's name
Adjust date to 12/31/9999 (after "bis") and uncheck central block
Upgrade to SOLD-TO Account
- Open transaction XD07 in PCA
- Input the customer number and press enter
- Click the green check or press enter again
- New account group = 4601 0046 Sold-to party
- Re-open the customer in XD01 and complete the Company Code Data set up (Account group = 4601 0046 Sold-to party; Company code = 0046; Sales Organization = 4600; Distribution Channel = 01; Division = 00)
- Run FD32 for the customer; Credit control area = 0046; check mark Status (Credit limit = .04 could not validate or .05 found in Secretary of State search)
ISIC Changes
Need approval from new Industry Manager and old one. Use Chatter in Salesforce.
Payment Term changes - must be approved by a CAT Team member if a GRP customer
Only for BASF, Cargill, Covestro - NOT for ADM, FMC
